3D Print File License Agreement
Subject of the Agreement: This Agreement applies to the 3D printing files (hereinafter referred to as “Files”) provided by Licensor.
Grant of License: The Licensor grants the Licensee a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Files solely for private, non-commercial purposes.
Restrictions:
a. The licensee may not use, sell, rent, lend, or otherwise commercially exploit the files for commercial purposes. This excludes resale of the files in their original condition or in an altered condition.
b. Licensee may not modify, edit or otherwise create derivative works based on the Files unless expressly authorized by Licensor.
c. The licensee may not pass on, share or make the files available to third parties.Commercial License: Licensee may purchase a separate license for commercial use of the Files, including the sale of the Files in their original or modified state. This can be requested for an additional charge of €70 at service@chooseyours11.com.
Copyright and Ownership: The files are protected by copyright and remain the property of the licensor. This license does not grant ownership rights to the files.
Disclaimer: Files are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The licensor assumes no responsibility for any damage or loss that may arise from the use of the files.
Termination: This license is valid until revoked. If you violate the terms of this Agreement, the license will automatically terminate.
Miscellaneous: Changes or additions to this license agreement must be made in writing. If individual provisions of this agreement are or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
